Ribbon Cutting Speech by Allison

Hello,

My name is Allison Bring. I am the event experience and sales manager here at Zenia Omaha. I would like to start by saying thank you all for being here on this momentous and joyous occasion. Today, I am excited to stand with this group of influential masterminds as we cut this ribbon to symbolize a world of possibilities, dreams, and so many stories to come.

As we gather here, let’s take a moment to acknowledge the incredible journey that brought us to this point. From the initial spark of an idea, through the planning, the construction, and those inevitable moments when we wondered if we ordered enough lights, we made it!

A special thanks to our fantastic team of architects (CJK Designs), builders (MCL Construction), designers, and everyone who kept this project on track. Without your tireless efforts and occasional heroic feats of engineering, we’d probably still be trying to figure out how to assemble the front door.

A thank you to all the partners that helped make today perfect. Our catering partners; Abraham Catering, Attitude on Food, Pleasure Your Palette and Cutchall Management. To our awesome bar: 1316 Bev Co. and so many more! Thank you!

Today marks the beginning of something truly special. This space will be a hub for innovation, a playground for creativity, and a sanctuary for collaboration and celebration. It’s a place where ideas will flourish, partnerships will be forged, and where we might occasionally get distracted by the beautiful designs our partners will create.

So, let’s make a promise: to fill these walls with laughter, to inspire and be inspired, and to always remember that great things happen when we work together. Here’s to the future, to new adventures, and to many, many successful events ahead.
