IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER FOR OUR EVENT
Zenia needs to get your final number of guests, list of vendors with contact information, and for you to make final payment on the contract within 30 days of event. You should plan to make your RSVP deadline at least a week before that date, so that when we meet you can calculate the number of guests you expect to attend.
WHEN CAN WE DECORATE?
You will be allowed access to the hall at 10am on the date of your event. Additional time my be purchased for set up and tear down.
ARE YOUR HOURS STRICTLY 10AM - MIDNIGHT?
No, we can be flexible to your event! With that being said, Midnight is the latest an event can go. Please reach out to allison@zeniaomaha.com to see how we can accommodate your events timeline.
CAN WE SEE THE FACILITY SET UP FOR A WEDDING TO GET IDEAS FOR DECORATING?
Yes! You can contact us to schedule a time to stop during the day of a scheduled event to see how the facility is set up.
ARE THERE HOTELS NEARBY?
The closest hotel is the Holiday Inn Express & Suites at 19040 Evans St, Elkhorn, NE 68022. The Hilton Garden Inn is located west of Village Pointe, at approximately 178th and Dodge. A Residence Inn is located north of Dodge at 180th Street. The Holiday Inn Express is located on the south side of West Center at approximately 178th Street. The Hampton Inn is located behind the Target Store on the north side of West Center at approximately 178th Street.
CAN OUR GUESTS LEAVE VEHICLES IN THE PARKING LOT OVERNIGHT?
Absolutely! We want everyone that visits Zenia Omaha to be safe and unharmed coming and going from our venue. We simply ask that all vehicles be removed by noon. the day after your event.
WE REQUIRE STRICT DIETARY RESTRICTIONS FOR OUR MENU. WILL YOU STILL BE ABLE TO CATER OUR WEDDING?
Yes! Our exclusive caterers were chosen because of their attention to detail. They take dietary restrictions very seriously and will be able to accommodate, just ask!
DO YOU HAVE PREFERRED VENDORS TO WORK WITH?
Contact allison@zeniaomaha.com for a preferred list of photographers, DJ/MC, bands and more. These guys have made the cut.
