Additional Fees

Security Fee

A security guard is required for all evening events and subject to day events, if alcohol is being served and/or the safety of our guests can be assured by having a guard on-site. $70/hour per guard. 1 required up to 250 guests, 2 required for events over 251 attendees.

Service Fee

A 20% service fee is assessed for all rental events. The service fee helps us cover the labor for your Sales Experience Manager, set up team, electrical, cleaning, etc.

*Discounts offered for Sunday-Thursday events, ask your Sales Manager. 
**Starting May-October (weather permitting) the Terrace at Zenia, is included in your ballroom rental.
